But first, I need to get our Indio trip out of the way. ;)
To be honest, this wasn't my favorite vacation ever. The timing of it was difficult. We'd had so many little trips come up before it, and it was hard for Terral to leave work because we had so many sandals that needed to be produced. Luckily, he'd hired another person just long enough in advance that he could train him to do the part of production Terral normally does and our team was able to keep working while we were gone.
But back to the timing. We came home from our Memorial Weekend trip Monday evening and were supposed to leave at 8:00 the next morning. And we hadn't even packed. And we were so tired. A few other elements that made this trip not so much fun included Ethan's first molar erupting, Ethan getting sick, Terral and I getting sick, house issues, and schedule issues.
But enough about that. We did make quite a few good memories too.
Terral's parents were nice enough to offer to let us ride with them. In light of our recent car troubles and the price of gas, we were very grateful. After the long, long ride, we were very glad to get out of the car!

So we explored the scenery for a bit. The landscaping was really quite pretty.
They had ducks wandering around (and a few bunnies!)
and Ethan naturally tried to get to know them better.
When we were done exploring, we went back up to the condo to play and have dinner. Ethan was cracking us up with his attempts to jump and spin at the same time.
The little guy was sure tuckered out when all was said and done!
